A: Up to 10 days is included in the flat rate price. $5/day additional after the initial 10 days.
Q: When is Payment Due?
A: Payment is due when the container is dropped off.
Q: Is there a weight limit?
A: Yes. The weight limit for a 17 cubic yard container is 3 tons and 3.5 tons for a 21 cubic yard container. These weight limits are normally adequate for the size container however overweight containers will be charged at a rate of $50 per ton.
Q: Do I have to call you to pick up the container?
A: Yes, please call as soon as you are done loading the container to schedule a pick-up.
Q: Can I fill the container over the top?
A: NO! The container can only be filled level with the top. Overfilling the container could cause the debris to slide off when the container is loaded onto the truck. Over-filled containers are dangerous and will result in an additional charge.
Q: What can I put in the container?
A: Any type of construction debris, demolition debris, bulky waste, yard waste, household furniture, carpet, renovation debris, roofing and decking materials.
Q: What cannot go in the container?
A: We do not accept batteries, tires, paint, or any hazardous materials.
