Q: What areas do you service?A: We regularly service Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Chesapeake, and Portsmouth. Outlying areas (Suffolk, Hampton, Newport News, etc.) are considered on a case by case basis and involve an increased rental rate.
Q: How long do I get to keep the container?A: Our flat rates cover up to 10 or 30 day rental periods depending on the size of your container. $20/day Rental Extension available after your rental period ends.
Q: When is Payment Due?A: Payment is due on the day of delivery, through cash, check or card.
Q: Is there a weight limit?A: Yes. The weight limit is 3 tons for a 17 or 21 cubic yard container and 4 tons for a 30 or 40 cubic yard container. These weight limits are normally adequate for the size container however overweight containers will be charged at a rate of $75 per ton.
Q: Do I have to call you to pick up the container?A: Yes, please call as soon as you are done loading the container to schedule a pick-up.
Q: Can I fill the container over the top?A: NO! The container can only be filled level with the top. Overfilling the container could cause the debris to slide off when the container is loaded onto the truck. Over-filled containers are dangerous and will result in an additional charge.
Q: What can I put in the container?A: Any type of construction debris, demolition debris, bulky waste, yard waste, household furniture, carpet, renovation debris, roofing and decking materials. Q: What cannot go in the container? A: We do not accept batteries, tires, paints, oils, food waste, or any hazardous materials.
